What is in your kitchen?

Tick what you have. We will help you use it.

Choose cooked rice and cooked or canned beans only if ready to use. Quantities are checked in your final list.

12 curated combinations. No account, no generated recipes. Ingredient filters are not allergy checks.

A flexible plan, with a few useful ground rules.

These are 12 curated everyday combinations. Times are estimates for ready-to-use ingredients and ordinary kitchen equipment; larger batches may need another pan. Each chosen meal serves your full household. Quantities use edible or drained weights, so check package sizes and what you actually have before shopping. Water is available from the tap; salt and pepper are optional, to taste.

Eating-style filters describe these recipes, not your medical or allergy needs. Read ingredient labels, including bread, tortillas, pasta and sauces. Swaps are optional ideas and are not automatically applied to your plan or shopping list.

Give leftovers a safe next use. Refrigerate perishable food within 2 hours, or 1 hour when the temperature is above 90°F / 32°C. Use refrigerated leftovers within 3–4 days, and reheat them to 165°F / 74°C. Check the FoodSafety.gov storage chart and safe cooking temperatures for the food you are using.

The planning approach follows MyPlate’s budget planning guidance. For more ideas, read The Mix-and-Match Meal Plan for a Busy Week and A Grocery List That Starts With What You Already Have.
